This challenge is for people who want to increase their body strength and push themselves in the realm of fitness.
We will improve at four common exercises of Push-ups, Sit-ups, Wall-sits, and Planks.
Every day for 21 days, participants will make small incremental progress and not only build up strength but also create the habit of working out, which will get them on course to creating a lifestyle of health and fitness.
Although there will be added benefits of doing this challenge, we will focus on the slight progress of each person at their own pace. NO matter if you can do 100 pushups or 0, we will make small improvements daily and start you on a new path with drive and enthusiasm.
